Michaelhouse, now in its 118th year, is an internationally renowned boarding school for senior boys. The School, which spent its early days in Pietermaritzburg, has flourished in the picturesque Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal for the past 112 years.

 

The distinctive ivy clad architecture of inter-linked quadrangles has always inspired a sense of belonging amongst the 560 boys of international and regional origin; and the red brick buildings remain a constant touchstone to the active base of over 5 000 alumni across five continents.

 

Michaelhouse is a school of established heritage with an innate respect for the individual.
