The Red Table at Nederburg

The Red Table restaurant, run from Nederburg’s historic Cape Dutch manor house, is now open on Friday nights from 18:00 till late from now until the end of September.



 

On Friday nights, the bistro-style eatery offers patrons a choice between regularly-changing set seasonal menus, and à la carte dishes.  Set menus offer two courses for R125 a head (with a glass of wine at R140 a head) and three courses for R175 a head (with two glasses of wine at R215 a head).   Expect hearty winter dishes and decadent desserts!  Booking is essential.



The à la carte menu features food for everyone, with prices for starters ranging between R45 and R65. Mains are priced at around R100 per dish.  Kids are also catered for. The focus is on fresh-flavoured, light dishes, using mostly locally-sourced ingredients for relaxed enjoyment in a gesellige atmosphere.

Tuesday to Saturday:     Lunch served from 11:00
Sundays:   
                       Lunch served from 12:00 (October to April only)
Sundays:                          Lunch served from 12:00 for Father’s Day as well as special events (May to September only)
Friday nights:                  Dinner served from 18:00 (May to September only)
